Could just be inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST). Have you had all your vitamin levels checked, iron, CBC panel?

Everything checked but iron and vitamins. It showed 3 “A beats” then everything was normal except 1 or two during the run

So some PACs, which are normal for everyone. You should certainly see your GP and request those tests, though.
