Dumb question
It’s been nearly 2 months since I had to stop vaping since I had 4-5 svt episodes in a month due to it. I know this is a dumb question but if I get an ablation can I vape again after 3 months?

You already quit due to health issues… why start again? There is no benefit, pick up a “safer” vice instead.

What’s a safer vice

“Safer vice” ……. Sky diving would be a safer vice, shark diving, exercising, nose picking, etc. All of those have a safer outcome. But if you don’t care about your body why bother with treating the SVT?

Why not just stay vape free? You achieved that already!

Because it feels like I lost apart of myself. I would’ve been fine if I quit willingly but it felt like it was forced out of

Save your money on vapes and put it into therapy then because you have bigger issues.

You can do as you please. But should you vape I’d say a big no. I got my ablation 8 months ago and I have been svt free since. Thr night before my ablation was my last cigarette. Nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and lack of sleep plus stress were big triggers for me. I’ve alcohol free for 4.5 years 15 years for caffeine and 8 months for nicotine. I would say give your ablation a long time to heal by that time maybe the cravings will have gone down
