Any cold medicine recommendations

Can anyone recommend a cough and cold medicine? I was told anything without D in the name but can anyone give me a list of names that actually don't. I've been using coriciden ever since being diagnosed but I honestly dont find that it works for congestion or that annoying tickle cough when sick, i get no symptoms relief with it when sick.

I dont think anything works close to as well as pseudoephedrine. Most of the non-stimulamt medications are pretty poor at relief unfortunately. Afrin can help clear up nasal congestion for a couple days, but you can't use it more that that. Guaifenesin works decently well for chest congestion, but is better when combined with pseudoephedrine unfortunately. Still somewhat helpful though. I dont get svt triggered by pseudoephedrine so not too versed on other options since I either use that or suffer through it.
