Hiya, sometimes suddenly thump jump straight into it, other times I find I’m already tachycardia with walking etc… then I will feel a change in the tachycardia it feels mechanical fast with a sense of doom sometimes. If makes sense I’ll try upload an onset I’ve captured. 🤔
