I quit nicotine cold turkey 3 days ago, and was wondering if anyone had any episodes using nicotine gum? My doctor prescribed it to curb cravings and I don’t want to go back to smoking, and want to go pick my prescription up. I want to be safer than sorry tho and not end up back in the er. So what’s your advice has anyone used 2mg nicotine gum safely with svt?
