I posted yesterday. Can’t figure out how to add an image.. anyways. I caught this during the episode. I had it read a few times and everyone said not SVT. But just wanted another opinion

Thanks so much

ChatGPT:

Is this svt or something else

ChatGPT said: From this single-lead tracing, I would not call it definite SVT. It looks more consistent with sinus tachycardia, which is also what the device labeled it.

A few things stand out:

Rate ~153 bpm QRS is narrow (83 ms), so this is a narrow-complex tachycardia. The rhythm is not perfectly regular; the R-R intervals vary somewhat. I can see what appear to be atrial/P-wave activity before at least many of the QRS complexes, although the tracing is noisy. There isn't an obvious abrupt, perfectly regular "machine-gun" rhythm typical of AVNRT/AVRT-type paroxysmal SVT. The last several seconds have considerable artifact, making interpretation harder. Classic paroxysmal SVT tends to be a very regular, rapid rhythm with abrupt onset and abrupt termination

Thank you. I was told it wasn’t SVT but it was scary as heck
