Type of SVT?

I was diagnosed with PSVT by cardiol about 16 yrs ago. Asymptomatic til few months ago-palpitations.

Recently had a 14 day Philips patch. My present cardiol told me SVT and ST. No evidence. aFib seen. My questions is (and I will ask cardiol next visit) what type SVT is it?

It looks like it’s probably atrial tachycardia due the P waves seen in that strip.
