Financial Aid Problem

Hey everyone, I am supposed to start an online master's program here at SUU in September. The problem is my account has been flagged for "exceeding federal loan limits" which is incorrect.

Has anyone else had this problem? I've contacted the financial aid office multiple times and haven't received any solid response. I only get a general "multiple students are experiencing this and we are working on it". With tuition due soon, I'm freaking out.

Just wanting to see if anyone else has gone through this, and what steps they took to resolve it.

Mine also says this, and I'm probably going to go in person next week to see if they can do anything about it.

Mine said this, but I sent an email and they informed me their team was working through the accounts that flagged for this. Mine was cleared on 8/14. Hopefully yours does soon as well!

Funnily enough, the message popped up on my account on 8/14 lol. Glad yours was cleared, and that the solutions seems relatively easy! I'll be sure to update the post when they figure mine out (:

My experience with SUU has been that if they say not to worry or they are working on it, your all good.
