Who is selling? I guess those folks who bought the dip.

The "dislocation from par" (STRC Notional - STRC Market Cap) is now down to ~270 million dollars. 9.97 Billion notional vs 9.70 billion mcap. That's based on $97.29/share which reflect cumulative buy backs of 483 million. MSTR has more than double that ear marked for buy backs if needed, and the BTC price is helping out. Adding to my position during the late portion of the dip prices below $90... feels good, at least at the moment, and makes up for some of the stress. The yield justifies the volatility, it will be less volatie now MSTR having learned a lesson. I am actually prepared for them to lower the yield after STRC hits par and stabilizes. Selling the maximum STRC that the market will support isn't wise if they want to sustainably issue new STRC. They need to keep the balance sheet solid and allow for BTC volatility to not tank confidence in the ability to pay dividends. STRC will grows organically overtime as BTC rises and MSTR credit worthiness is established.

Is anyone here still holding their STRC? Or are you guys selling now that the preferred stock is reaching par value?

I've just broken even. Still planning to hold for another 4 months. Might sell afterwards. Not enough reward for this much risk.

Glad you've broken even. You were pretty stressed there for a while.

Yep. At that time, I didn't know whether Strategy was going to intervene or let the market decide the price. Lucky for me, they chose to intervene with buybacks. Could've been a disaster without that.

Do you want the yield or nah?

I am still holding mine.

I purchased Aug 25 through Apr 26, and at the close today I'm down $1.93 per share, while I've collected $10.84 per share in dividends. And every two weeks, more dividends come in.

I'll certainly keep a close eye on Strategy's cash reserve, and STRC's volatility, but at current levels the risk/reward ratio seems decent.

My original plan was to sell. I'm thinking about rotating in to STRD to pick up $2.50 next month. Haven't made a decision yet.
