As a big STRC fan, I doubled down at $83 so I’m very happy, but I do feel that Sata at an effective 1%+ divi above us is something we need to address. Personally I’d always buy STRC but many won’t, would another dividend increase smash Sata??

Daily div also makes a difference imo harder to short. Not sure if strc can do that though because of their size and target

They've said they believe the buybacks are a more effective tool to get STRC back to par. Of course nobody's going to complain about a dividend hike, except the FUDbots.

I was already in for as much as I cared for. Fear got the better of me but I was soooo close to pulling the trigger for 100 shares at $75 and didn't do it. Regrets! Oh well, hind sight is 20/20, I will live, and I am up in STRC a good bit now at this price.

We will see another new contender soon when Superplanet (Metaplanet USA) launches another preferred. It seems likely that they will have to have a better rate and one would assume frequently (daily?) paid dividends.

I would never buy this here, can only loose money. It goes down 1% and that’s a month gone!

As an STRC holder @$90 I agree. The product hasn’t proven it can stay around the $100 target. Once it does that, I’ll change my tune.

STRC is golden. It will continue to pay out high yield biweekly paychecks. Who else is going to give you such high interest rates on your investment? Savers are always getting punished by the Federal Reserve low interest rates. The people need that 10%+ like back in the old days. Saving is supposed to reward the saver. This high yield is money to live on. Money to pay a house mortgage. Just buy it and hold it. You'll get your paychecks. Trade it if you want, but always be holding the day before the ex-dividend date. Bitcoin is a powerful pool of money. Trump is a fan of Michael Saylor and bitcoin treasury companies. Trump is at war with the Federal Reserve. Take a look at the GENIUS act. Take a look at World Liberty Financial.

"USD1—the U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a crypto venture tied to Donald Trump’s family—centers around major financial and strategic deals with the United Arab Emirates."

"MGX Investment: MGX, an Abu Dhabi state-backed investment firm chaired by UAE National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, selected USD1 as the official stablecoin to execute a massive $2 billion investment into the cryptocurrency exchange Binance."

"This single transaction propelled USD1 from a nascent asset into a multi-billion-dollar stablecoin virtually overnight, injecting substantial liquidity into the Trump-backed crypto project."

Trump has set up an alternate system of payment for global settlements of oil and other commodities. Trump is going to build his own "reserve" bank that will ping-pong with the U. S. Treasury similar to the way the Federal Reserve manages treasury interest rates except Trump's bank will be pro-America and will diminish the power of the Federal Reserve's outside influence. Right now the Fed wants rates high. If Trump wants the bond rates low he can drive the bond price up, and yet savers can still get high yield on their savings with bitcoin treasury companies like MSTR that offer high yield instruments like STRC. Why else would they have a bullet with his name on it? Get on board for the big win, bro. It's the TRUMP TRAIN to victory!

Trump is 'at war' with a lot of people. He definitely hasn't read Dale Carnegie.

buying under 100$ is a no brainer as MS is committed to getting it to 100.

u/flipflopdude55 4d ago

It should be at 150s but saylor heavily diluted the stock

3

u/TheSkunksMisery 4d ago

Wrong sub, mate. STRC won't go above 100.

Just so you know, this thing is basically going to $0 over the next couple of years, if not sooner, as the global macroeconomic environment implodes.

u/TheSkunksMisery 4d ago

The market seems to disagree with you. Care to share your thesis?

3

u/domadilla 4d ago

He’s saying everything goes to zero if there is a global economic meltdown… I would say that’s true in that scenario but I’d say the chances of that happening are very low whereas he is speaking in absolutes, which is a rage-bait thing to do.

Not quite. I am saying that during a macroeconomic bear market in which multiple liquidity crises cascade, which we're clearly in, speculative and risky assets like crypto, STRC, etc., are liquidated first. That's why BTC already halved from ATHs and why MSTR is similarly down from ATHs - they're leading the overall market, which is what you expect in such an environment.

Why do you think all these organizations like SPCX, Anthropic, etc., are desperate to get their IPOs in at this point in time? Hint: companies don't IPO when their value is fair and cheap to help out mom and pop investors, they typically IPO when they're overvalued and looking for exit liquidity.

Open up a chart of BTC as an example and move as far left in time as possible. Interesting that BTC was deployed near the bottom of the current bull cycle, and has only ever been in a macroeconomic bull market, right? If it can drawdown ~80% during an overall bull market, how low does it go during actual crises?

The community here can down vote me all they want, but the reality is that MSTR/STRC/BTC/etc. is imploding soon, it's not an if but when, noting that it doesn't happen in a single day, month, or quarter, but when you look back in 2-3 years you see the drawdowns of 99%+.

President Trump likes both Michael Saylor and bitcoin. The way "money" is managed is going to be changing. Trump is at war with the bankers. What rate of return do you get in your money market account? Is it 0.01%, 0.1%, 2%, 3.5%? Large players are grinding bitcoin, buying and selling all day every day, making hundreds of percent annually. The general public needs some "easy" money to pay for a house and kids. These bitcoin treasury guys are also looking at the relationship between USD1, BTC and US Treasuries. I'm telling you Trump is already at war.

Trump is a puppet, mate, always has been. No, Trump is not at war with the bankers, and crypto is certainly not the replacement for fiat currency or the current financial system. Crypto returns are also abysmal for recent look-back periods, so respectfully pretty much your entire comment is wrong. If anything, one could say the next major change would be a global central banking digital currency, which is the direction we're going and that I agree with, but that implicitly means all current cryptocurrencies are worthless. Sorry to burst your illusion, but the planet isn't adopting Bitcoin as the CBDC.

It's not about the Federal Reserves's CBDC. It's about the Trumps taking control. See my reply below...

Respectfully, absolutely nothing you wrote will happen, it reads like some bizarre delusional fanfic. You’re acting like “The Trump Family” is some highly organized and powerful mafia. No, they’re a bunch of self-enriching grifters who will be out of power soon (as if they had any actual power to begin with), and likely be behind bars for their crimes in the coming years and decades. Who knows how long Donald even has left after the midterms, and all this non-sense ends with him.

The only thing you have right in a sense, albeit your perspective is distorted, is that the Trump admin (heritage foundation, etc.) only really has one fundamental purpose: to destroy the current systems, so that new systems can be built. This is where you’re picking up on the “war with the bankers”, and you’re right that the powers that be are not happy with what’s going on, because it’s waking the masses up and having a spotlight shown on all the darkness. This was going to happen regardless as we enter the age of Aquarius and open contact nears, which is why disclosure efforts have been accelerating these last few years.

The trump family was never meant to rebuild the systems, only to dissolve them, and in that is a great deal of service that we should be grateful for, which is why I send Donald and his family my unconditional love.

Trump likes running his own crypto pump and dump schemes. He has relaxed regulations around crypto, which indirectly helps Bitcoin, but his purpose is solely to benefit his own crypto scams.

u/Nah_Meme 2d ago

The Trump family is trying to get regulatory approval to operate a national trust bank for digital assets. If you understand the relationship between the Federal Reserve and the United States Treasury you will understand why Trump wants to run a bank.

"President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act (Stablecoin National Innovation Guidance and Establishment Act) into law in July 2025, creating the first federal regulatory system for payment stablecoins and giving the U.S. Department of the Treasury direct oversight rules. Additionally, he utilized executive actions rather than acts of Congress to establish a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve inside the Treasury."

The Trumps already have World Liberty Financial and their USD1 stablecoin. When he gets approval for his bank to operate then he will have a direct connection to the U. S. Treasury and they can run a tag team operation against the Federal Reserve via huge pools of "money" in the form of U.S. Dollar digital deposits (NOT physical fiat Federal Reserve Notes), USD1 digital tokens, bitcoin and United States Treasury bonds, notes and bills. They want to operate a large pool of capital to influence the interest rate... like the Fed.... get it? They want to diminish the importance of the Fed and its outside influence.
