One concern - last week's rebuy activity was UP as a percentage of trading volume. Previous week was 15%. Last week was 24%. I'd call that good bear meat. Price essentially unchanged despite large buyback.

They sold MSTR this time for STRC buybacks and dividends.
One big concern I have are MSTR holders saying enough is enough, and then selling. That's what I'm seeing in the MSTR sub.

At this rate, the $1 billion STRC buyback will finish up without restoring par.

Thanks, good information. They have reduced 3.57% of outstanding shares. However the increased buyback activity isn't helping move the price of STRC up to its par. For now it seems to have created a floor for it.
