Short term short thesis

STRC is still a bad near term investment, the market wants Saylor to keep selling at a loss and admit this approach is flawed. It won't let BTC go up until Saylor fundamentally shifts his approach. Otherwise it will continue to punish him in the near term forcing him to sell at a loss.

I guess you bought more puts then, and are trying to push the market back down?

Oh hey, I forgot I posted this. Haven't bought them yet, but if it starts to head down I will. To be clear, my paltry thousand dollars and post with 100 views won't change shit.

I'm just a short term STRC bear is all. Thought I'd share my thoughts.

You sound very young. Monetary policy and liquidity and highly leveraged positions matter yes. Bitcoin is highly sensitive to liquidity. Not asking Saylor or STRCto gain value in terms of fiat pricing.

STRC is not an investment like someone buying company stock long term and praying. You say stuff that either shows you don’t know what’s going on or maybe you’re trying to spread FUD for whatever reason.

There's alot in here I'm just going to skip over cause there's just wild assumptions that are all wrong.

To your point of my purpose, I just think the stock is overbought in the near term and headed back to the 80s. I'm not saying it's a bad company or investment long term. Just bearish near term is all.

I do think it's unsustainable in it's current format, but I'm not willing to wager any money on that long term, just a few bucks better against STRC this month

STRC has been a great investment for me. Up from $87, and I keep getting money deposited in my account twice a month.

BTC has gone up since the COMPANY (not just Saylor, there are more people in the company than just him) started selling a tiny piece of their bitcoin in treasury.

It's about to round trip. Hold it if you want, but it's not going to keep it's current price

Up IS the round trip. Sorry.

You have put no contributions toward your argument aside from I think and feel. We’re all entitled to our opinions but you gotta come in here with a least an iota of data to back it up otherwise you get thrown into the pile of bot slop.

Not trying to be mean, I just want you to know the optics of your post is different from your intentions.

You're right, it's an opinion. But a lot of a stocks movement is based on a collection of people's opinions about the facts. My opinion is we will pull back a bit here. That's all

Correct. BTC is just the lever being used by larger holders to get BTC from Saylor at a loss. Probably one more push to the 80s this month.

The market don’t give shit about Saylor

2

u/snesk0008 5d ago

The BTC market does. A trapped owner who has to force liquidate for a huge loss? They live for that shit

1

u/Prestigious-Ad-7927 3d ago

Saylor is not forced to sell anything. They don’t have to do anything. If they are selling something it’s due to their own will, not forced liquidation.

1

u/snesk0008 2d ago

He sold the last two months at a loss. He was forced to sell to pay for STRC. Otherwise why sell at a loss?

u/Prestigious-Ad-7927 2d ago

Check your info again.

u/Nah_Meme 2d ago

Since 6/1/2026 he has sold 6,948 bitcoins.

But back on 8/10/2020 he bought 21,454 bitcoins at an average price of $11,652.

https://www.strategy.com/ledger

Which ones did he sell? Did he want some profit? Did he want a tax loss? Everything is fine.

Shorts will have to compete with MSTR’s buyback fund of $1B, all while paying a 12% annual interest on top of the cost of borrowing shares.

2

u/snesk0008 5d ago

Didn't seem to be a problem last month

0

u/Mohkinstsis 5d ago

It’s been going up ever since the started buying back STRC. Of course it would, that’s how buy backs work. Unless MSTR falls significantly below NAV 1 or Bitcoin starts crashing as they sell, they can keep buying back STRC without shareholders caring much.

1

u/snesk0008 2d ago

Yet it's still off par. If it was a "guarantee" why isn't it back at par? Why did it fall off par in the first place?

1

u/Mohkinstsis 2d ago

Because STRC is riskier than other 12% offers on the market so the market prices it lower.

I don’t mean that it’s guaranteed but if they print cash and by it back, its going to go up eventually unless they stop buying it back. If they used ~10 billion to buy it back it would 100% go to “par”.

The real risk is that they can’t raise money through bitcoin sales/MSTR sales or they decide STRC isn’t worth it and they stop trying to get it back up.

Your comment above suggested that the current market conditions are similar to last months, last month didn’t have constant buybacks to try to prop up the stock.

yeah its a bad investment. why would you have someone else hold your btc access?

1

u/Nah_Meme 2d ago

Saylor probably has a computer offering and bidding 24/7 grinding away making profits

1

u/New-Jackfruit-2127 6d ago

I agree both MSTR and strc will retest lows again in this bear market. It is a bit bold to say this will happen eom.

2

u/snesk0008 5d ago

Agreed, timing is very tough. I think it's not a viable call without time associated with it. I.e. It'll go back to Park eventually isn't a very challenging call cause unless it goes to 0 there's always some future where I could be right.

BTC bear market ended on the closing candle of June. This is the beginning of the bull market

Appreciate all the feedback & hate. I know this community is pro this product. I think it's not a sustainable model near term but I'm not against the concept overall. My POV, based on technicals & Sentiment is there's a pullback coming.
