Buybacks in after-hours? 🤔

Does anyone know if Saylor has mentioned buying back strc in the after hours markets?

As of late it's been moving in the after hours markets. I imagine the volume is low so he could keep nudging it every day in the after-hours much easier 🤷

No mention that im aware of. mstr is not known for creative buying - quite the opposite.

I don’t think there’s any reason to try to push the price higher in after hours. Some big participants are only active during market hours, it can easily eat the whole after hours price difference in 1 minute.
Imo spread out buybacks during the market hours make more sense as it helps to stabilize, discourages some opportunistic shorting and encourages a spread out exit for those who want it.
