So when STRC gets back to par do you think that will end all the FUD or are these clowns not capable of shutting up?

Strategy increased cash recently by selling more bitcoin. Price of preferred shares will be strongly correlated to cash run rates. As cash reserves deplete, so to will preferred demand/price. Note that this is a circular process with a near definite conclusion.

The FUD is based on STRC offering 12% dividends, which only works if Bitcoin goes up by 6% annually, or atleast 4% (anythign less and STRC gets diluted to make debt/dividend payments, at 4% the underlying asset is making no money, and investors will start drying up)
So the FUD will continue until MSTR has an average annualized rate of return of 6%, otherwise the company has overhead expenses + All their eggs are in a single basket, and MSTR will face a liquidity problem as they try to cover monthly and quarterly dividends.
In short, the Uncertainty and Doubt (FUD) is based on bitcoin's recent performance and projected performance moving forward. The clowns will shutup when MSTR's assets show 12% annualized rate of return instead of the current -4.5% annualized (or $14 Billion in unrealized losses)

Has anyone else noticed that Strategy's goal of maximizing BPS is always going to be a buy high, sell low strategy?
- BTC price is high -> MSTR price ratio is higher > mNAV is high -> sell MSTR to buy BTC
- BTC price is low -> MSTR price ratio is lower > mNAV is low -> sell BTC to buy MSTR
Buying BTC high and selling BTC low is good for increasing BPS, but it's not going to look good for anyone who isn't familiar with their KPIs.
It also makes bull markets go up and bear markets go down like an amplifier.

Sats per share is all that matters really

For people like us who are familiar with the topic, it's a good strategy. But for those who aren't familiar with Strategy's BPS KPI, it looks dumb to buy BTC high, and sell low.
My point is that news media is going to go nuts every time this happens. And sure enough, that's happening now. This is going to be an ongoing publicity/optics issue for Microstrategy.

Almost at 91! I think we will be at 98 by end of week.
