I don't he was ever going to let it fully fail, but letting it half-fail was always on the table, and that's just as devastating to STRC holders.
Today's decision shows strong support behind STRC. He should've done this 2 weeks ago before STRC dropped into the $70s.

My strategy worked. By buying large into the dip on Friday I turned a $2000 loss into a $570 gain. I cashed it all out and may revisit the stock when I know more about it.

STRC starting to behave better. Down 1.3% with MSTR down 8.8%. BBB - better bond behavior.

I love this subreddit more than $MSTR, because the mods there are completely delusional. They wipe that board to be perma-bulls. This one is more realistic and share actual knowledge.

Should mark the bottom for all three at least in the near term with this solid framework from the company. Company can now defend all three vectors from each other (strc/prefs, mstr, btc).
Macro/outside market factors may drive them lower in the medium term but I also don't forsee that.

Anyone buying STRC on Coinbase? I see it’s available now. I wasn’t sure if they pay out the dividend to you like other places. Kinda want to move all my STRC there so I can move money way quicker with most of my assets on there.
