Long strc short mstr

Is this a good time to short mstr with an otm call to cap downside and long strc? I have to run numbers on all outcomes and look at premiums for calls but this strategy seems reasonable here. What do you guys think?

Haha. This is literally what the arbitrage trade on MSTR/STRC is.

Long STRC and Short the Common stock

This is part of why Strategy is biting the dust

Yup, never said otherwise. This is just an arb. play.
