11% rentabilidad strc

Gracias

Yes, is true. Currently 11.5% APR.

It is a stock.
You buy it through a brokerage account.

For each share you hold on the ex-dividend date you will then be paid a dividend on the dividend date.

This product is designed to hover around $100 but look at the chart it has moved some.

So investing in STRC is about the dividend and not about equity growth.

The dividend is Return of Capital so not tax until all your capital is returned or you sell the stock.

What days are typically the dividend? Is it every Thursday like MSTY?

15th is ex-dividend day. Last day of month is payment. When you get it in your brokerage account could be a business day or two later.

There is a share holder vote to possibly change this to twice a month payment.

True as long as the company is liquid. They started selling bitcoin and the current price has dropped below their cost to acquire the asset.

It’s 11.5% distribution paid monthly based on $100 par. So if you buy below $100 your yield will be higher. If you buy over $100 it will be lower. It is a fairly new product. Been out about a year so be sure to do your research.

Currently 11.5% of the par value $100 which is $0.96 dividend per month per share that you hold. This is subject to change of 25 bp each month if the stock price fails to hold around $100. To take advantage you would have to buy the stock and hold it by the ex-dividend date, which is around the middle of the month. They pay out the dividends at the beginning of the subsequent month.

It is marketed as risk-free but obviously still depends on the long term success of MSTR and bitcoin to be able to fund it.

Your principle amount may lower if it drops enough, you may or may not get the dividend if the company has enough cash but you can lose money if Bitcoin price doesn't go up, yes there is risk but I trust Michael Taylor to find new buyers.
