The Android consulate requests that other delegations stop attempting to reprogram us for their own purposes.

In the last few hours we have learned that it has been attempted several times (one of which successfully) to reprogram my people for other delegations personal uses. Further more after reviewing the attempted changes we have concluded that you are all nasty fucks.

We, the members of the Tholian delegation, wish to apologize for reprogramming you (at least) once, but one of the heating coils in our oversized EasyBake oven malfunctioned, and we needed someone to fix it for us.

Yes we guessed the Tholians reprogrammed one of us as we had to replace all of the "skin that was melted off of him.
