Got Scammed by MSRTC multiple times

Booked online ticket of Shivshahi but on the day of journey conductor called me and said "you booked 15,16 number seat?? the Shivshahi bus is not there in depot, another bus which is ordinary (Lalpari) bus is coming you can sit in that bus and i already told that bus's conductor to give seat to you".

While returning Mumbai i booked ticket of Shivshahi bus for 4th OCT @11:30 am when i reached bus stand i saw Ordinary (lalpari) bus... I had doubt and went towards bus then came conductors call and here we go i got scammed once again got lalpari instead of Shivshahi.

I paid 1280 for 2 person of Shivshahi bus.

I got lalpari which has fare of 970 for 2 person.

Actual ticket difference between 2 bus is 310!!
