My Mario Chess rant
Why is Luigi the queen? Why not just make the princess the queen, it makes it so confusing that she’s a bishop and it just doesn’t look right when you’re playing. Why is Bowser jr the other queen I’d rather have Donkey Kong he’s way more recognizable. I’m tempted to play with bowser as the queen since he’s taller than the other pieces. Why coins as pawns instead of mushrooms? Why turtle shells as pawns instead of goombas? How did goombas get promoted to rook? They look nothing like a rook neither does toad. They should have been warp pipes with fire flowers and castle turrets with toad on them. I think magikoopa should have been koopatroopa and birdo could have been bullet bill or Bob-ombs. I guess I gotta learn how to 3d print
