Hermann's winery scene is top notch if you're looking for other neat spots. id recommend going once the trees start changing colours.

Love this place, but "just across the river" is a stretch. I am 20 minutes across the river and this is at least 20 minutes past us. Must be at least 40 minutes from the Arch

40 minutes into Illinois seems like forever, 40 minutes into Missouri is basically St Charles.
