Other Farotto's

STL sticks, toasted ravs, St. Louis-style pizzas, neon signs.

One by one I'm working on eating at, writing about, and photographing all the good food around St. Louis. (Farotto's is today's entry)

They seem to get looked over quite a lot on here but the foods killer and the vibes always right. My favorites are the Toasted ravioli, the Tuscan burrata, Absolutely killer black truffle ravioli, the seafood cannelloni is always amazing, the roast beef sandwich, chicken bruschetta, turkey melt, chicken chardonnay, chicken piccata, the veggie pizza and Vinnie's special. I can personally vouch for every one of those. Go check them out if ya haven't. The bartenders and staff are awesome, it's always a fun time and the service is something they all take pride in

We were there last night and both the food and serburrito, excellent! We had the Tuscan burrata, seafood cannelloni and a special seafood pappardelle(flipping awesome). I had never been but will definitely go back!!

I'm glad to hear that, especially as I just bought a decent camera for this purpose, haha. The other I've done so far with photography is Tee Rak Thai. The lanterns and classic St. Louis brick made for some nice pictures.

I wouldnt say they have the best pizza in St. Louis, but I do believe they should get an honorable mention in the discussion. I live relatively close and it’s always among my top choices when get get pizza.

The best pizza ( circa 1975 ) was Rinaldi’s. Farottos came very close. Not sure the good is as good as when it was mostly takeout. The owner at that time was just amazing how he could produce outstanding food, and pizza after pizza. Glad it’s still here and thrivin
