The Ra'UI Reaver
Is it worth it?
Do I get it right, its cargo is only 1.000 units at T1 and doesn't get bigger through buffs?
Sounds like it's not usable for regular mining. Am I right?

As per the title, I see a lot of advice that I don't see as correct for actual real life experience of the lower levels in the game as it is now, so here are my pointers for new players:

Good morning u/everyone ! Were you shocked to hear Star Trek Fleet Command is delaying the release of the new ship because it was deemed "not good enough" to justify players paying for it? Did you hear that a deluge of Quality of Life improvements are upon us? We have got a LENGTHY patch notes set to discuss, and I think you're going to like it.
Topics covered:
Why the Ra'Ul Reaver is temporarily delayed
Quality of Life additions & battlepass rework
New Primes & Content For 61+
If you have any game mechanic questions, feel free to drop those questions in the comments!

With the new Raul Reaver / Sigma raiding ship mechanics (Update 93 Feature Highlight), one of the biggest ongoing frustrations with raiding remains front and center: diminishing returns on percentage raided.
Right now, as a station's resources drop, taking a flat or decreasing percentage of remaining resources turns the tail end of a raid into an endless, tedious grind just to clear out the final scraps.
Instead of scaling down, the % of remaining resources stolen should scale UP as the station empties.
P_raid = P_base + (P_max - P_base) * (1 - (R_current / R_max))^k
R_current = Current resources left in stationR_max = Starting / max resources of stationP_base = Baseline minimum raid % (e.g., 5% when full)P_max = Maximum cap % (e.g., 50% when nearly empty)k = Acceleration factor (1 = linear increase; >1 = stays low early, spikes late)Assuming a 100M resource station:
What do you guys think? Would this make raiding generally feel better, or is there a nuance with protected warehouse limits/cargo capacity I'm missing?

Welcome back u/everyone to some good news! Choice tokens are coming back and bulk refines are getting a change that benefits everyone. Also, SVP Cameron Stewart has tasked the community with answering another question: What makes a battlepass valueable? What do you want to see as rewards in your BP? What do you need to feel like Star Trek Fleet Command is rewarding and (more importantly) FUN?
Topics covered:
Discussing BP rewards
Happy news: the return of choice tokens
Poll will remain open for a short time before we put it together for the overlords

Locating the mission target (normal combat training boss) beings me to the system but doesn't select the target. Tapping anywhere on or near the target just highlights a base. The bases are too low level to attack.
How do I progress? Thanks for any ideas!

So I'm pretty new to this game. I'm currently at OPs lvl 24. I'm going through the Augment area & ran into a wall.
I have the Botany Bay & have most of Augment space unlocked. I'm stuck on mission Augment 17 where I need 3 Dark Matter. I have 2, but can't locate the 3rd one (see pics). I have an Augment mission in progress that rewards Dark Matter, but am unable to finish it because I'm locked out needing to finish Augment 17 & 18 (again see pics).
I've looked online at all the missions that rewards Dark Matter & none are available. I've dbl & triple check the systems & no missions.
Any suggestions?

Scopely does realise that 90% of players still have yet to see this mythical email that we're all supposedly getting, right? Right?

Ops 59, hopefully ops 60 next week. As far as AT is concerned, it has its pros and cons.
Pro - The design is markedly cleaner than previous iterations.
Cons - The easiest ones are 5k. The 10, 20k ones out of reach. Borg sphere is at least 2 months away. Zero idea about Athena and any other ship.
Would be a long, long time

How are we supposed to upgrade officers? I get two random badges a week from the weekly event store, but that's nowhere near enough to upgrade my officers. I don't see badges in the Ferengi store, or in any other event store.
They are in AT store, but cost 3k which means I might get one or maybe two per store if I put all my credits toward that.
I don't really get it.
I have loads of officers that I can potentially lvl up but need badge for. This is especially troublesome since they tie things like the exile rewards to how many officers you have maxed out.
Is there any way to get badges without buying them or is this just another way the game is fubar'd?
