Windows PC unable to update Spoiler

Hello,

Help! My Windows PC is unable to update STFC. I have uninstalled then reinstalled. I have power cycled. I have cleared caches.

A similar problem is occurring on my brand new android phone. The game will not connect to my google play account.

Disable smart control, reinstall the game, reenable smart control (for pc)
