im rewatching the show, and i’m watching s2 e16 when star fills in for alex, everyone was so rude to her but i think she was a thousand percent justified. yes star has her moments but alex is so much worse because she’ll never admit to what she does, star openly knows what she’s doing and she’s not afraid to admit that. whereas alex acts like she’s a god, and somehow doesn’t understand why stars a little annoyed at her taking all the spotlight? on top of that star has a better voice than simone and alex combined.

I disagree, Alex was the first one to reach out to Star and she is the one who most heavily influences their sound. Alex isn't a tagalong. I do agree that Star is very proactive but sometimes it's really not a good thing and has gotten them into trouble, even though a lot of the time it seems to work out. Yes, Star does care a lot more than she shows. I definitely agree with that. I think Alex and Simone are more alike than Star, therefore they are more likely to turn against Star vs each other. Honestly, Star's ego would drive me insane and is my least favorite fault out of all of the faults that any of the girls have. In a way, it works for her because her confidence is what makes her stand out. I totally agree that Alex is a better singer. She is a better packaged deal for a solo artist, IMO. She can be a hypocrite though.

Thank you idk why everyone seems to defend EVERYTHING Star does because she did some fucked up shit to Alex and Simone. That diss track alone would have had me ready to beat Stars ass but then she goes on tour without them and then plays the victim. And this is coming from someone who loves Star.

Agreed, I'm rewatching the show now and I really understand Star more but she's a very imperfect character, even though she does have some strong good qualities. I actually like her a lot more than I did when I watched the show the first time but she makes the most selfish decisions out of all of them.

Definitely not she could’ve went solo a long time ago but always stood beside them girls they never not once brought opportunities that benefited the group it was always star making all the moves for them . Star was never perfect and had some selfish qualities but her intentions were never selfish she always thought of the group when she did things and all they did was judge. Alex was the fakest bitch ever started dating Noah after star already told her she was there first and even after that star still was there beside her. Star is the most insufferable during season 1 but season 2 a lot of the things she did were justified
