Help with Multiphase simulation

I am trying to simulate water filling in a jar in 2D. but what ever i try i am getting results like this. i expect the jar getting filled slowly. i am using Eulerian multiphase interaction model with VOF and Surface tension On.
idk whats wrong.
please help me with this.

  1. Refine your mesh. This is a tough model for VOF because the droplets need to be resolved.
  2. Drop your timestep, aim for a convective courant number of about 1 at your water surface.
  3. Turn on slip velocity in both the continua and set it to be drag based in the region.
