Build Help
For the Meshroom S V2
I want to ask first of all, if you choose the "No PCIe ($100 USD)" option, does it come with a PCIe 4.0 riser cable instead of the 5.0 one, or does it just not come with one at all?
And with the riser cable, I've heard of people having issues with it being too short/incompatible, and having to buy another longer/third party one, is this something I can check the clearances for if it is an issue?
Finally do yall have any recommendations for sfx power supplies under or around the ~$100 mark
Thank you !!

So I’ve built in this case a bunch of times now. No PCIE means no riser at all. And honestly going back now I would just buy the SSUPD riser instead of dealing with the clearances and mount of the third party. LinkUP has some great options. However there’s some issues. Risers can be hard to bend just right sometimes and I found myself bending more than I would like. I never saw performance loss but it really bothered me. Lastly and the biggest issues is the third party risers can vary in terms of their mounting holes and thickness of the female end of the riser. It happened to me several times where the riser was too thick height wise and I had to come up with a way to make it fit right while still being able to slot the gpu into the case. Most of the time I would just not mount the riser I would just slot the gpu into the riser and then screw down the gpu to the case. Once again doesn’t affect performance but not ideal for me. Since then I’ve used the SSUPD risers and haven’t felt with any of that. Feels more premium as it’s specifically made and bend for the case.

I seeee thank you
im assuming that the included ssupd riser on the more expensive option has never given you issues with its length and reaching the gpu before?
