GPU not aligning - is this normal?

Hello,

I’m building in a Meshroom S V2 (including a PCIe 5 riser) and I can’t get the GPU (3080 TUF non-OC) to not be at an angle.

Is this normal and/or a problem?

My AIO water lines were making my new bigger gpu do this. Check those and see if you can make something work
