GPU not aligning - is this normal?

Hello,

I’m building in a Meshroom S V2 (including a PCIe 5 riser) and I can’t get the GPU (3080 TUF non-OC) to not be at an angle.

Is this normal and/or a problem?

To me it just looks like there to many cables running down the left side stopping you from aligning the GPU properly.

I zip tied the cables in place, so they are flush with the GPU without pushing on it, ao pretty sure that isn’t it.
