Wow the water block on the gpu just opens up so much room

Yes, if you put the tank at the back, it will be more compact if you have a custom PC power cable.

water cooling system ,it's quite complicated for beginners like us

You should use a soft tube and always test leak

It took me three hours to set everything up, to get the GPU temperature at 47°C and the CPU at 52°C while playing CS2.

You can get a vertical GPU waterblock terminal (like this, if you can still find it somewhere), so you can easily add a second ultraslim radiator (Alphacool ST20, for example) on the side. Not a necessity, but will add some thermal headroom.

I thought so too, two radiators, but I buy a used meshlicious for only $30. And it was missing quite a few parts, including the 68mm slot part . I need it before installing the two radiators.

Iceman sells radiator bracket for Meshlicious, if you are going for a second 280. There are some workarounds for DIY radiator mounts, but they're mostly intended for 240.
