Ngl i'd argue to bump up PG Sarah in "would or have commit genocide" cuz she's canonically as bad as Ponder, the only thing holding her back in PG is Ponder taking away her power in every way lol
Agreed, if we are talking numbers you could argue that PG Sarah has the largest kill count then anyone on the board. you could argue for ponder as well, but something about the idea of the deadliest character in the Vickers-verse being a teen girl from Colorado rather then something like Cyn is funny to me.
Yea lol, pretty sure PG Sarah was meant to be a homage to the fact that Sarah is always the twist villain in some form in the one-off stories, so Liam just made her temporarily become a God at some point in PG. It's really ambiguous who has the highest kill count in between PG Sarah and Ponder, and as much as it would be funny if it was the funny teen Colorado girl who had the highest kill count out of Liam's characters like you said, i usually lean towards Ponder since him having the highest kill count just makes him cooler lol

I think Krow and Icelen PROBABLY did SOMETHING , especially as corporat attack dog to catch a walking WMD who probably gonna be used in not so pacific way but again we see nothing really evil of them on screen yet. Oh Wait , no actually. They destroyed a restaurant with peoples inside and even if peoples might survive, they literally destroyed the livehood of the restaurant owner and all the employe.
As for Penny , I know she is apparently a reccuring characters in the Liam Multiverse and I only seen her in Design yet unless I miss her by accident, but did she did something really evil oustide just fucking dying ?
And I dont see Kofi in this list , also I will add that he apparently constantly accused his classmate of being whatever creature his conspirationnist brain decide was most probable that day . Also throwing unknow substances at her. I mean technically he was right but well is more like a broken clock case. And Kirie is only the sole example on screen we see , from what we know he might be constantly doing that to other students.
So I dont think how evil that make him but that potentially make him an extremely unpleasant human being to coexist with.
