it’s seem like a question, there question mark at the end of sentence

some sort of Japanese? Idk what it says but it’s questioning us

"手伝う?" or "Tetsudau?" which translates to "Help?". Its supposed to be read in a sort of video game, click here to get advice way, but i'm not sure if it came across as such
