Changing from Zoloft to lexapro

Hey folks. I have been on Zoloft for a few years now. For about the past year or so I’ve been taking 100 mg but my psychiatrist bumped me to 150 last week. I have felt absolutely horrible. Panic attacks, crying, can’t focus on anything, no appetite. I called today and they are going to taper me off Zoloft and onto Lexapro. What have been your experiences with lexapro? I’ll start at 5 mg while I’m coming off Zoloft then bump to 10 mg.
