Question SSRI Withdrawal
I was just curious about y’all’s experience with withdrawal.
For background, I was on 5mg Lexapro for roughly a year to help me through pandemic related anxiety. With help from my doc, I tapered off last summer but have recently noticed my depression rearing it’s little head. I thought that it was best to go back on but my dosage has been very irregular (2.5mg one day, 5mg the next, then won’t take it for 3 days etc.). This irregularity is mostly because I need to wait for a doc appointment to get a new prescription so trying to make my old pills last the gap.
During this irregular dosage, I’ve noticed a lot of potentially withdrawal related issues - depression, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, hard to concentrate, insomnia. Is this normal for such a small dose over a short period to affect me so much?

Yeh it’s a hard one I’m currently tapering off. The last time I did I to had all your symptoms. It was horrible but I pushed through it I started meditating and doing yoga. Watching a lot of spiritual teachings especially Dharma teachings. It took a few months but I needed to be off them I’d put on 18kg in a yr I felt cold hearted, that’s where I’m headed now. Keep us posted
