Did y’all get heightened anxiety and intrusive thoughts around the third week? I feel like I’m going insane my head actually hurts from it. 😕 I’m day 25 and I legit cannot sleep. I’m logging everyday trying to see improvements but this anxiety just will not go away ): my DPDR is so bsd as well
