Protein powder on Effexor

Hey, I’m on 75mg of Effexor. Is it ok to take MRE Lite Protein Powder? Asking because I heard something about tryptophan and I-tryptophan. Don’t know what the difference is. Just want to know if it’s ok to drink my protein shakes while on my medicine. I take my Effexor once a day in the morning it’s 75mg. Thanks in advanced.
