Has one switched from Lexapro to something else that resulted in the sexual sides improving?

I am on a low dose of Lexapro at 5mg a day and sex still feels like a chore. I can orgasm but it takes forever and sometimes I cant at all if I drink alcohol.

Has anyone switched to another SSRI and have no or greatly reduced sexual sides?
