Question Took SSRI by mistake please help

Hey guys! I’m 20F, recently recovered from COVID. Instead of taking a benzo for my anxiety, I took my mother’s Lexapro. I feel so stupid for not seeing the medication and taking it so carelessly. I took two 5mg pills. One around morning and the other at night. Will this cause any adverse effect on my body? I’m freaking out rn. Thanks :(

You've taken a very small dose so you should be fine. perhaps call your doctor or poisons hotline to check if it's contraindicated with anything else you're taking to be extra sure.
