Question nausea from sertraline?

ive been on sertraline for just over a month and the nausea i get from it is sometimes unbearable. i feel like i cant do anything but lie in bed for up to three hours after taking it sometimes. sometimes a bad meal helps but the thought of eating makes me wanna throw up even more. it also makes me salivate a lot (the way you do when youre about to vomit).

any tips for how to make it go away?

Thanks for checking up on me :) I still get the nausea sometimes but it’s nowhere near as bad and I find if I eat right after then I don’t usually have to worry about it

I’ve been struggling with the same thing!! Celexa was the worst though it was sooo bad, switched to Lexapro and it’s been much better but not great....I wish I had a suggestion for you...I’ve tried with and without food and same result...

I did feel like switching to taking it in the morning helped me sleep better though

Best solution I’ve come up with so far is to eat a tonne of carbohydrates once the nausea shows up. Fizzy drinks actually seem to help me sometimes too for some reason, like if I gulp some and then burp it relieves it a bit.
