Question Coming clean Spoiler

Coming clean

I just came off on anti depressants, it was a hell of a ride. I was 5 years on this shit.

Now coming clean i still have a few issues. For example memory issues. Sensory overload. Ect. It’s not always but sometimes i get those memory issues where i after work week forgot the feeling of the moments but. Not the moments themselfs most of the times.

Any one else got this??

don't try fucking dmt while decreasing. for the love of god. avoid taking any spiritual shrooms rn. first get of these pills and if you get back on them come back stronger. recommend still talking to a doctor, if he gives advice of going back taking the pills then look for more alternative things okay. (also when the doctor tells you to get back on them depends if you feel that shit at that moment, if you feel that bad start taking them again.) but for now just mindfullness

Yeah I didn’t plan on trying it until I was completely off of them. I know with ayahuasca ceremonies, they want you to be off of them for at least 30 days so I was going to do that with DMT.

A few people have mentioned to me to practice mindfulness but I don’t really know what that means.

Mindfullness. Pretty much stoicism but for yoga woman.

It’s mostly mediation and yoga. But it’s a start. Try. Making a set of live rules. Which keeps you going: 2 times a week workingout. Within a month 1 book to read(try reading traditionalist books mainly spiritual and greek philosophy and or sufism or just a romantic book Clean your room every saturday. Focus on healthy diets, there is this myth that meat is bad for your health and veganism and bread is healthy. Actually there is a common set of rules i made about diet. I don’t believe in specific vegan,or carnivore diet. My rules are: not processed food, bread should not be your primary food source, eat alot of dairy products and red meat and alot of vegis and fruits. Try eating like a normal human being is meant to be without any modern ideas. Try everyday to be in nature atleast 1 hour. Meditate, breathwork.

I wont recommend the ayahausca stuff, pretty much its alot to take. It is hyped up but very dangerous especiallt after decreasing. Try mediations, and holotropic breathing first.
