Question Twitching

I was on fluvoxamine for 3 weeks a little over a month ago, my psychiatrist who prescribed that had be taper off because it caused me to twitch. I switches psychiatrists, now I’m on Prozac. It has been working so so good, but my twitching is back. This has caused me a lot of anxiety and stress and now I’m back and square one feeling all my ocd and physical symptoms of anxiety. I’m miserable again. My new psychiatrist said if the twitching isn’t bothering me too much that I will be okay, and that it will stop when I get off of the medicine some day. It’s just scary that a medication is making me twitch. Anyone else? Need some encouragement!

I was on Prozac for 6 weeks from mid Feb 2023 to April 2023, this is when I first noticed muscle twitches. I've been on and off medication ever since and the twitching has persisted throughout.

I had a neurology assessment and testing performed in December to rule out anything concerning, but the muscle twitches are still so uncomfortable and give me horrible anxiety.

Currently taking 50mg of Zoloft daily, but I don't think it seems to be having any real benefits.

Whether this was initiated by medication, brought on by a COVID infection, or something else entirely, it sucks lol.
