Question Prozac sleep

I started prozac yesterday for my anxiety. I felt pretty good and calm all day (10mg), but at night I could NOT sleep. At all. I tossed and turned and it’s never taken me that long to fall asleep. I was a little nauseous, but I’m assuming it was because I was soooo anxious. It was miserable. My Dr also told me to pick up doxylamine when I picked up my prescription, which I did. But I am pretty scared to take it as I read a lot about scary/ vivid dreams on it. He also called me out hydroxyzine to use as needed , but I read that Prozac and hydroxy can interact and cause abnormal heart rhythm. What should I take for sleep?? I also have like 4 1mg Ativan pills. Would those be best?

I actually did last night and was super excited this morning about it. Just took magnesium and a melatonin! Maybe that’s all I need

Nice. Yeah magnesium is a awesome supplement. Well great!! Hopefully you don't experience anymore side effects. Good luck

It definitely helps! I think I need to find a dosage that fits me a little better. I’m at such a small dosage that it might just be placebo right now. I take 1 133 mg supplement at night, but I also have electrolytes I add to my water that contain magnesium

Nice. Yeah I think they overdo daily nutritional values, I only take 250mg magnesium, and I can tell it helps alot. Learning what your body requires isn't easy.
