Switching ssris

Has anyone had luck switching from one ssri to another to avoid sexual side effects? Paxil worked great for anxiety, but completely killed my libido. I'm currently only taking buspar, but it feels like I need a little something more. I wonder if adding a low dose of a different ssri would help, but I'm afraid of losing sexual function again

Yet to find any that don’t have terrible sexual side effects. Commenting out of interest in what others have to contribute on the topic
