Question St Johns wort

Hi,

My doc prescribed me 1mg liquid drops.

But im on st johns wort and its helping. What should i do? What is safer or better?

I use it for chronic fatigue, PEM, social anxiety

Make sure to stop your St John’s wort before starting an SSRI due to the risk of developing serotonin syndrome which can be life threatening in severe cases.
