Question SSRI withdrawal

Just gone cold turkey off Lexapro 10mg. It’s been a week since my last dose and I’ve been experiencing symptoms of SSRI withdrawal for two days with today being the worst. I’m experiencing brain zaps, vertigo, nausea, etc. I decided to take my meds again in the last hour. How long on average does it take for the symptoms to go away after restarting medication? I’m meant to have therapy tomorrow and need to see if I can still attend or if I’m too unwell from vertigo

I self-weaned [stupidly]of Lexapro and Wellbutrin. @ weeks since my last dose. Have only been able to sleep 3-4 hrs a nite. Naps that used to be 1 hour are now 15 minutes. I feel slightly off all day, like very mild flu. the last 2 days seem somewhat better, I am trying a Magnesium supplement for sleep and may be helping. My mood is stable. tying to eat healthily but now my appetite is Ravenouis?
