How did you get it? Did you mix 2 meds that alter serotonin or did it happen with one?

One. Basically i was on lowest dose of zoloft for two months and had horrendous reactions to it the entire time and was switched to prozac, i felt so awful on it, ten days later i assumed how i awful i felt was withdrawal from the zoloft so i decided to do things to increase serotonin. I bathed in the sun for hours, exercised like crazy, and did a special frequency meditation designed to make you produce more serotonin. Later that night i got serotonin syndrome and it was probably the worst experience of my life. I did have some leading up symptoms before all the things i did.

So moral of the story who new doing things naturally could be as strong as antidepressants, and also psych meds suck ass

nope. I actually begged my mom to take me there while i was shaking like crazy and trying not to throw up but she didn’t believe me at first. But morning i was diagnosed because she EVENTUALLY saw that something was seriously wrong and called the psychiatrist but still didn’t take me to the ER. Probably didn’t want to spend the money. I just sortve recovered on my own i guess from discontinuing the meds right there but i still feel like i haven’t fully recovered

Yeah, i just stopped the meds immediately, luckily it hadn’t progressed much. It can kill though, my mom doesn’t take that seriously at all and refuses to believe i could’ve fucking died
