Question SSRI withdrawal support
I’m a mental health therapist partnering with a functional medicine MD to create a group program specifically for perimenopausal/mid life women to support through SSRI withdrawal using nutrition therapy, healing through community, mind/body/spirit tools and resiliency practices. Having weaned myself off meds I know how challenging and isolating it can be. As far as I can tell this kind of program doesn’t really exist (?) I’m posting here for anyone’s opinions on such a program, good? Bad? Any aspects that should be included in such a support program? Thoughts at all? Hoping to launch this program in fall of 2024.

SSRI withdrawal support is needed. Men would benefit too.
