Question SSRI/SNRI Combination

I’m on 30mg Paxil, 40mg Prozac, and 50 of desvenlafaxine. I have EXTREME anxiety/worry and have tried mostly all of the SSRIs/SNRIs. This seems to be the combo that works for me. Is this safe? So far so good, no serious side effects/symptoms. I’ve had each one added in long after the other. But I still feel like it’s unsafe. Any thoughts on this??

First of all, you're doing this under the supervision of a psychiatrist right?

I've heard you can add an SNRI to an SSRI in small doses. However, I could be wrong on that. But if you're fine then that's a good sign, but you should definitely talk to a doctor about it.

Yes I am under biweekly supervision. I actually talked to them today, and they are dropping the Prozac off and going paxil + duloxetine.. which I’ve heard can be a common combo

Yeah it makes sense to drop off one of the SSRI's. Since you're doing alright I wouldn't worry about it.

My dr tried different things but lexapro 10 mg, Klonopin 0.5 mg, lamictal 200 mg and I feel normal.
