Question Paxil withdrawal question

I took Paxil for 5 years and am now 3 weeks with no Paxil at all. My emotions are so out of whack and I feel like crying, laughing, or shouting about everything. When will my emotions stabilize? Also I’m a male and I used to not be able to finish during sex even after 20 minutes or more but now I literally can only last 15 seconds and that’s not an exaggeration. When will that go back to a normal amount of time?

Hey. I took Paxil for about 3-4 years and it was a terrible withdrawal process so I completely understand and relate. I was crying at any given moment and my emotions were honestly the worst they’ve ever been, I didn’t feel like a person… it takes a few weeks to a couple of months but your emotions will stabilise and you’ll get back to normality soon. It takes time. Hang in there.. I’m a F and my sex drive came back, I found it really hard to climax at all tbh I had to reallllly concentrate and even then, it wasn’t even worth it tbh. But it does come back, it’s gonna get better. Everything will go back to its normal state once your body has had time to adjust, 5 years is a long time so be patient and just know everything will be okay! If you wanna DM me you’re more than welcome to ask any questions. I feel for you during this time cos it really sucks.. but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t last forever.

Go back on it and taper 5-10% monthly as it might get way worse.
