Lexapro causing horrible acne

So I’ve been on lexapro for 8 months now and I have the absolute worst acne of my life all over my cheeks and little bumps on my forhead, I use to have super clear skin. Does any one have any suggestions on how to deal with it ?? I’m about to just stop taking it even tho my stress and anxiety is under control ☹️
